Many thanks to past pupil Adam Sheridan who took the time to share his experience of winning gold whilst representing Ireland in the Shot Putt at the 2017 Celtic Games which took place in Santry.

Adam threw 14.72 metres to claim gold for Ireland and we are delighted we had the opportunity to hear all about his journey to winning gold in an international competition.

He is pictured with his medal and singlet which he took the time to share with us today
