Students in fifth and sixth classes at Fahy NS are afforded the opportunity to experience all aspects of the primary school curriculum as well as many extra-curricular activities. 

 

A balance is achieved between modern methodologies and use of technology and keeping alive many traditional values and hobbies such as knitting and gardening.

 

Students are given an opportunity to take part in many different activities such as Junior Achievement, which is facilitated, by Allergan Pharmaceuticals and the Junior Entrepreneur Programme which allows primary school pupils to gain an understanding of how business works as well as experiencing the ups and downs of entrepreneurial work.

 

Field trips and educational tours are an integral part of our class work and serve to enlighten our students as well as ensuring a multi-faceted approach to education.

Fifth and sixth class are supported by Múinteoir Caroline and Múinteoir Aoife and Múinteoir Richar is the class teacher.
